Business Retention - Account Manager

-Duties and Responsibilities-Maintain a healthy list of intermediaries utilizing relationship management and customer service principles to maximize productivity and sales opportunity-Lead or assist in discussions of intermediaries with prospect clients through superior product knowledge and solutions;-Provide periodic information on market trends and customer needs for product development, customer satisfaction metrics and internal process enhancement, as needed.-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets-Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth objectives and revenue targets-Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for expansion-The Account Manager-Business Development is responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives.
