Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and systems.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support project teams during the planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or IT environment.
• 1 year of UI/UX experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
