About the Role

As an AWS Solutions Specialist – Infrastructure & Application Modernisation , you will lead the technical pre-sales lifecycle for AWS-led opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to partners and customers. You will shape, scope, and position cloud solutions that align business goals with AWS best practices, while contributing to the growth of scalable service offerings across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead AWS Infrastructure & Application Modernisation opportunities end-to-end from a pre-sales perspective
• Conduct discovery sessions, technical workshops, and solution qualification with partners and customers
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS architectures aligned to business outcomes
• Develop Statements of Work (SoW), solution scopes, effort estimates, and commercial alignment
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to build cohesive, high-quality solutions
• Present and articulate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support smooth handover to delivery teams and contribute to successful implementation outcomes
• Contribute to the development of repeatable offerings, go-to-market initiatives, and AWS-aligned solutions

What You Bring

We’re looking for a collaborative and customer-focused professional who combines strong AWS expertise with a consultative mindset and a passion for innovation.

Experience & Skills:

• 3–5+ years in AWS pre-sales, consulting, or architecture roles
• Proven ability to design and position scalable, secure AWS solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud migration and modernisation strategies (re-host, re-platform, refactor)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps/CI-CD tooling
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
• Solid foundation in networking, security, and governance within AWS environments
• Experience leading workshops, technical discovery, and solution scoping activities
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
