ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (HMO)

Pasig City

As an Account Management Officer, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients. You will work closely with them to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the delivery of services aligned with their business goals. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving retention, and achieving sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Client Engagement

Conduct regular client visits and utilization reviews to monitor account performance, identify potential risks of churn, and provide appropriate solutions to enhance client experience.

  • Utilization Analysis & Reporting

Prepare and analyze medical utilization reports, translate data into clear presentations, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.

  • Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Provide timely updates and reports to the Supervisor and Manager.

  • Market Intelligence

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to deliver relevant insights and ensure clients receive the most suitable programs.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling

Identify opportunities to enhance client accounts by recommending additional or improved benefits based on their current utilization and needs.

  • Customer Retention & Relationship Building

Proactively engage clients to strengthen relationships, ensure satisfaction, and promote long-term retention.

  • Customer Support

Address and resolve client concerns related to availment, billing, enrollment, and overall account management in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Medical Allied course is an advantage but not required
  • With at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Applicants from different industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles, preferably in a retention-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle challenging conversations.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
