On this giving Tuesday, we’re celebrating a core part of who we are at Under Armour: showing up for our communities. Giving back isn’t just something we support. It’s something we build into the way we work. Through Volunteer Time Off (VTO), teammates are empowered to step away from work and step into impact by supporting causes that matter to them. So far this year, teammates have contributed 35,080 volunteer hours to strengthen their communities. Through efforts like mentoring, neighborhood cleanups, school renovations, and meal packing, they’re making a real difference for the people and places they serve. This Veterans Day, we proudly recognize Under Armour teammates around the world who have served or are currently serving in the military. We also celebrate the outstanding work of our VETS Teammate Resource Group (TRG)—Valuing Everyone Through Service—which champions veterans, first responders, and allies across the company. VETS works tirelessly to amplify the voices of those who have served their country, their communities, and others around them. With 90 active members, VETS continues to strengthen ties with our local community. EDMA DNA Summit 2025: A Celebration of Data, AI, Automation, and Team Spirit! For the 5th year, our Enterprise Data Management and Analytics (EDMA) Summit brought together teammates from across the globe to explore the future of data, AI, and automation at Under Armour. With over 400 teammates in attendance and support from 10+ leading tech partners, the three-day event delivered bold insights, practical tools, and a renewed sense of connection across our teams. From strategic sessions to the Vizzie Games showdown (congrats to Em Waechter and Carlos Stekman Alae!), the energy was unmatched. This event was a tremendous success and builds on our vision to make EDMA a true center of excellence and drive data-powered innovation across UA.

Each one of these students brought fresh perspectives, bold ideas, and a shared passion for performance. Over 12 weeks, our Rookies immersed themselves in impactful projects, collaborated with teammates across the business, and gained hands-on experience within the brand. Rookie Week was one of the highlights of the summer. For the second year in a row, Under Armour proudly partnered with Baltimore City Public Schools and MedStar Health to host a Back-to-School event designed to support Baltimore City high school student-athletes. Held over two days at our Global Headquarters, the event provided FREE sports physicals, sports bra fittings, and access to essential health and wellness resources. Student-athletes were equipped to safely and confidently step into the new school year. This event was hosted in support of Under Armour’s Project Rampart initiative - our long-term partnership with Baltimore City schools to elevate the student-athlete experience and improve academic outcomes through the power of sports. We know that sports are proven to positively impact young people’s graduation rates, attendance, and GPA. That’s why we’re continuing to break down barriers that limit access to sport and invest in the future of Baltimore’s youth.
We recently hosted our 2025 U.S. Rookie class at our Global Headquarters in Baltimore for Rookie Week, a dynamic, immersive experience marking the midpoint of their Under Armour internship journey. 47 individuals were selected from a pool of over 46,000 applicants for our 2025 U.S. Summer Rookie Program. These standout students represent the next generation of talent across our business. While the majority of our Rookies are based in Baltimore this summer, we were thrilled to bring in teammates from Portland and remote locations to join the experience in person. Over the course of the week, they got a behind-the-scenes look at our brand, connected with leaders across the business, and had the opportunity to build strong bonds as a Rookie class. They also experienced the best of Baltimore, from volunteering with local youth to watching the Orioles get a W. The highlight of the week was the Rookie Case Study Competition, where cross-functional teams tackled real business challenges and pitched their solutions to members of our leadership team. The competition showcased their fresh thinking and collaborative spirit and gave us valuable insights into the Gen Z consumer. Congratulations to this year’s winning teams for their bold, consumer-centric pitches that stood out for their creativity, insight, and execution.
