Last week at our National Awards, we had the privilege of recognizing five associates with a promotion to partner. This milestone represents trust, long-term ownership, and a shared commitment to the future of The Connor Group. It’s earned through consistency, leadership and results over time. For 15 years, Dave has been a reliable leader behind the scenes, keeping things running across Dayton and Cincinnati. He’s trained hundreds of service associates, volunteered countless hours at Colin’s Lodge, and saved thousands by doing what he does best: finding solutions. He doesn’t look for recognition, but when someone makes this much impact for this long, you celebrate them anyway. Happy 15 years, Dave!
This August, The Connor Group celebrated six months of impact across 16 awards breakfasts in every market and at our Central Support Office. Thanks to honest employee feedback, The Connor Group earned national recognition in three Top Workplace Culture Excellence categories: Compensation & Benefits, Leadership and Purpose & Values. In February, employees across the country participated in an anonymous workplace survey through Energage, the organization that partners with USA TODAY’s Top Workplace program. Their responses highlighted what sets our culture apart and put us in the running for even more national recognition later this year. This marks the second major national honor for The Connor Group this year. In addition to the Top Workplace awards, we earned a Gold Stevie Award for Company of the Year – Real Estate (Large) from the American Business Awards for the second consecutive year. From anonymous surveys to national recognition, these awards are a direct result of the people who make The Connor Group what it is. Their feedback didn’t just earn us awards; it helped shape the culture we’re proud to be known for.
