Last week, team members from across the nation gathered in Atlanta, GA, for our annual Certified Coaches (CSC) Conference. Leaders from Sales, Construction, Warranty and Home Funding were instructed on ways to “support and serve” while making new connections, bonding with fellow coaches, and brainstorming new training ideas to engage our team members. We’re already counting down the days until next year’s conference!
Happy Valentine's Day! Today, we're excited to share a heartwarming story featuring two team members from our Denver Division. Community Sales Manager/CSC Stephanie Ehret and Senior Superintendent/CSC Zachary Rollins met while working together in a community in North Carolina. After a move to Colorado and three years of dating, the couple got married in November of 2023. The two find common ground in their shared passion for their work at Taylor Morrison. “One of the things that brought us together is our jobs. We love working for Taylor Morrison. We don’t turn it off when we get home because we love what we do so much. It’s nice to have that in common," said Stephanie.
Last year, our Texas Region Online Sales Managers Melissa Thompson and Erica Mouton completed our first-ever Online Sales Mentorship Program—designed to help our Online Sales Specialists and Associates grow and eventually transition into a new role. Through division visits, shadowing, conducting customer call reviews and setting and achieving appointment sales goals, the program helps team members gain valuable experience. We're excited to share that Erica is the program’s first graduate, and she has since been promoted to a manager! 🙌
