Over the past year, Talkwalker has partnered with different organizations to promote sustainability and diversity within our company! Here's a little bit about what we have been up to: IMS Luxembourg: We are now a participating member of the Science-Based Targets and Climate Action Luxembourg Task Force. International Dual Career Network (IDCN): We partnered with the IDCN to help us facilitate professional integration for mobile employee partners. MyClimate: With MyClimate, we were able to calculate our Q1 2021 carbon footprint and create a target to become carbon neutral by the end of 2021. Luxembourg Diversity Charter: In 2020, we signed a moral contract to continue improving our internal diversity. Diversity Action Alliance (DAA): In 2021, we partnered with the DAA in the USA to analyze and improve our internal diversity.

Corporate Social Responsibility: We're pleased to be collaborating with Digital Inclusion, a Luxembourg-based non-profit organization whose goals are to make information technology accessible to all, to promote social inclusion through digital technology, and to take action for the environment. We will be donating our decommissioned laptops and smartphones to Digital Inclusion. These donations will be refurbished by volunteers who learn practical computer repair skills and then distributed to residents in need who can't afford to buy their own. Digital Inclusion also provides free computer training to all residents who face barriers to participating in the digital world. Our company's donation: -Improves our ecological footprint by making sure digital technology is used for its full life span, not just a fraction of it -Helps Luxembourg residents gain digital independence and develop important skills for the job market -Supports Digital Inclusion's vision of digital access, education, and integration for all members of Luxembourg society
