We are excited to highlight more #Synopsys4Good volunteer moments, this time at the Noida Deaf Society. Over 25 of our local employees spent time at the site, working on crafts, flash cards, and Indian sign language exercises. The visit was uplifting to all involved, helping our team learn about the challenges faced by hearing impaired children and bringing joy to the students with fun activities and engineering discussions. Thank you to our Synopsys Noida CSR champions Monila Juneja, Rohit K Ohlayan, Ashish Bharadwaj, and Sheel Choudhary for spearheading this event, as well as our site lead, Amit Khanuja, for helping to organize the visit.
Synopsys is excited to continue its investments in #WorkforceDevelopment and last week, we proudly met with political and academic leaders in Vietnam to further those efforts. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and Minister of Information & Communications Nguyen Manh Hung joined our executives to support the semiconductor workforce development and training efforts of Danang City DSCAC and Phenikaa University. Synopsys will be empowering this initiative with key design tools, including a Zebu 5, a Zebu 4, HAPS 100 systems, and a special "Train the Trainers" program. Alongside a special commemoration ceremony, tours were given to both Deputy Prime Minister Ha and Minister Hung of MIC. The enablement of this alliance echoes our #SARAProgram's commitment to be the preferred partner for workforce development and promote semiconductor talent pipelines around the world.

Keynotes and panels touched on supply chains, R&D, global partnerships, and building the engineering talent pipeline; something Synopsys' Academic & Research Alliances initiative is actively involved in.
