Q1 brought some good times at Synergist! From friendly pickleball showdowns and our annual All-Hands meeting to celebrating Employee Appreciation Day and a truly unforgettable annual party with red carpet vibes—we kicked off the year in style!
From refurbishing bikes for charity to heating things up with our annual chili cook-off and a Chili for Charity event, we’ve had a season full of giving, fun, and friendly competition. Add in a lively trivia night and our Ugly Sweater Contest, and we've ended 2024 on a high note!
What a summer! Highlights include happy hours at The Stained Glass Pub and Eagle 5 Golf, our 2nd Meat-a-Palooza competition, and an Oktoberfest Steinholding contest at HQ! We also sponsored 3 charity golf events, crowned a chess champ, and gave back through Operation Paperback. ⛳🍻📚
The summer is sizzling at Synergist! To kick off the season we held a sunny #FreeLunchThursday at the pavilion, complete with frozen custard! Last month we also celebrated a Washington Post Top Workplace Award and engaged in some spirited competition in support of PTSD treatment.
Spring flew by with a whirlwind of activities at Synergist! We teed off for a good cause at two charity golf tournaments, celebrated Cinco de Mayo at HQ, hosted our first-ever blood drive, and clinched 2nd place from Baltimore Business Journal's Best Places to Work! 🎉
