July kicked off with great energy at Strada Granada! We had the pleasure of hosting our COO, Gautam Sukumar, and H.I.G. board member, Kyle Fitzgerald, for a special visit. To mark the occasion, we gathered the Granada team for a vibrant Town Hall in our office filled with insights, inspiration, and connection. And because no celebration is complete without a little surprise, we followed it up with a summery treat to kick off the season in style 🌞 A big thank you to Gautam Sukumar and Kyle C. Last week our fantastic leadership team with our CEO leading from the front launched our Strada culture transformation and new values to colleagues around the world. It’s an exciting milestone to reach for many of us, who care deeply about our people and the culture we’re building at Strada. We know that our success depends on our people and our culture transformation will have people at the core. Our new values will help us to guide how we work, help us make decisions and drive how we show up every day. Together we challenge ourselves to work smarter, empower each other to solve problems and anticipate our customer’s needs, to own the outcome every time and to care about our work. 🏢 Today at Strada office in Granada we welcomed students from the Universidad de Granada and The Hague University of Applied Sciences as part of our COIL program. 🤝 This great collaboration allow Strada management to mentor and to prepare the students for their bachelor´s thesis (TFG) preparation and final presentation. On 17th of February in Granada, after almost 3 years of mentoring sessions, seminars and immersion in our values and culture, we welcomed the students of University of Granada of the #LABor project 2022-2025 edition who joined our Spanish and BELUX HRO teams as interns!
