Our colleagues attended the Humber Science Festival at the University of Hull where they had a fantastic day talking all about #Wounds and #WoundCare by hosting tables where attendees could make slime and then design their own wound dressings. Interest was high as the children were very receptive and enjoyed all the hands-on activities and the introduction to our mascot, Charlie who uses our LEAF monitor to prevent bedsores. So much so that one young girl expressed her fascination with Smith+Nephew's mission and their interest in following a career in #STEM #HumberScienceFestival #InspiringYoungTalent

On a 🌞sunny summer's day, our team in Milan took the opportunity to bring smiles to others. The team used their volunteering time to spend a day with Cascina Biblioteca, a cooperative that supports people with disabilities and promotes social inclusion.
