The City of La Crosse, Wisconsin, is rewriting its riverfront story. On 65 acres of former industrial land, the city is creating the River Point District, a vibrant mix of homes, businesses, parks, and trails. In partnership, we supported brownfield cleanup, flood protection using dredge sand, infrastructure, and a public-driven plan.
