Today, we shared the news that Perseus Group, Constellation Software has acquired Valeyo Inc. and its Loan Origination Software (LOS) from Securian Canada Inc. – a move in line with our strategy to serve all our key markets with leading insurance and tech solutions via integrated, trusted partnerships. The insurance and Point of Sale (POS) portion of the Valeyo business is retained by Securian Canada. Moving forward, Securian Canada and Perseus will work together to deliver combined and enhanced insurance and technology solutions to both existing and new clients in the credit union market. We’re confident that together with Perseus, we have increased opportunities to innovate and disrupt in our core markets and its why today’s move is truly a positive one for our organization. International Women’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate women’s achievements around the world.
