As part of our regular Corporate Consultant Training events, our Corporate Safety Team hosts Safety Sunday, a session in which some of our most experienced experts and senior executives demonstrate best practices for working in the field. Our team traveled to the fantastic Health and Safety Council facility in Pasadena, Texas, to work on safety techniques when using ladders and fall protection, choosing and utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and much more. This role involves investigating the cause of structural failures, building envelope failures, and construction defects, as well as determining the extent and repairability of such failures. The role involves preparing oral and written reports to document the causes of failure or damage, extent of loss, associated repair scope, and recommended remediation. The role also involves providing opinions and expert testimony in litigation matters. This is a hybrid role in the Kansas City, KS, metro area and requires some travel.
