We are thrilled to announce our participation at the 65th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting, currently being held in San Diego. Today we are proud to present our poster "CART-AI-Radiomics: Survival and Neurotoxicity Prediction in B-Cell Lymphoma Patients Treated with CAR-T Cells through an Imaging Features-Based Model" in which we propose a model combining imaging features (MTVtotal, SUVmax and TLGtotal) with clinical variables measured before lymphodepletion (ICANS, C-reactive protein, LDH, lymphocytes count) that successfully predicts overall survival (p = 0.019) and progression-free survival (p = 0.007). A similar model also predicted the development of neurotoxicity with an AUC of 0.971, a sensitivity of 0.813, a specificity of 0.846 and an accuracy of 0.828. Our most recent study meticulously assesses the effectiveness of a nnU-Net deep learning tool in detecting and segmenting primary neuroblastoma tumors in #MRI scans.
