📰 https://lnkd.in/eBWyd3sP Valencia Plaza

Full integration in fusion biopsy is often overlooked. But it’s what determines whether the technology actually works in practice. When imaging, AI, and biopsy systems are disconnected, workflows become fragmented, variability increases, and clinical potential is limited. The shift toward fully integrated ecosystems is transforming this situation, unifying data, information, and decision-making into a seamless experience. #FusionBiopsy #ProstateCancer #AIInHealthcare #Radiology #Urology
Today we gathered with our distributor partners from across Europe to talk about what really matters: getting better #ProstateCancer diagnostics into the hands of more clinicians to reach more patients who can't afford to wait. A huge thank you to every distributor who joined us. Your knowledge of local healthcare systems, your clinical relationships, and your commitment to patients are what turn innovation into impact. #AIinHealthcare #MedicalImaging
Detecting focal liver lesions early is essential, but in ultrasound, performance still largely depends on operator experience. One of the latest studies published in 𝐧𝐩𝐣 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞 shows that a deep learning model that analyzes liver ultrasound videos in real time significantly improved lesion detection for both novice and experienced sonographers, especially in the case of small lesions measuring less than 10 mm, where early intervention is most critical. This highlights a broader challenge in medical imaging: many image-based assessments still rely heavily on operator-dependent interpretation, limiting reproducibility and scalability. This is the case for MRI-based quantification in diffuse liver disease, another common and clinically relevant liver condition. At Quibim, we aim to reduce this dependency by enabling more standardized and reproducible MRI-based measurements. Our AI tool, QP-Liver®, enables automated, quantitative assessment of liver fat and iron from abdominal MRI, providing objective, non-invasive measurements without the need for biopsy. Together, these advances point towards a more standardized and reproducible use of imaging, enabling earlier and more reliable assessment across different types of liver disease. 📄 https://lnkd.in/ehEstvUn #WorldLiverDay #LiverHealth #AIinMedicine #DigitalHealth #Radiology
