One of our favorite holiday traditions is teaming up with Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area and for GivingTuesday our Porch Prometheans helped create and decorate a magical Candy Land toy shop, bringing sweet smiles to families who need it most. Our Promethean Katie Edwards shared what it meant to transform this space: "This was an experience that moved me more than I expected. Coming together with my fellow Prometheans to transform the space was truly special. Giving back in this way didn’t just warm my heart—it grounded me, and reminded me of the power of community and kindness. My hope is that this little burst of magic brings joy, comfort, and big smiles to the families who need it most this holiday season." We’re grateful to support RMHC’s mission to ensure every sick child feels loved, cared for, and surrounded by community.
For the past few weeks, our Learning & Development team has been facilitating the newly refreshed Ultimate Leasing Experience (ULE) training for our field Prometheans and Leaders. This hands-on sales workshop is more than just a training, it’s designed to build confidence, sharpen skills, and elevate the way we connect with our Future Neighbors. Throughout the day, our teams explored the ULE POP framework and dove deep into the tools, strategies, and KPIs that drive leasing success. From identifying needs and handling objections to creating seamless follow-up touchpoints, every element of ULE is crafted to support our Promethean sales experience in a meaningful, measurable way. A huge thank you to our teams for the energy, engagement, and commitment to growth. We’re excited to see the ULE in action across every Neighborhood!

We’re thrilled to see Brickline featured on Think Wood! "Just steps from San Mateo, California’s regional transit hub, WRNS Studio’s Brickline delivers a gold-standard solution for transit-oriented urban infill—literally. Achieving LEED Gold certification, the mixed-use development pairs post-tensioned concrete office spaces with light-frame wood residential units in a distinctive side-by-side configuration. Wood plays a central role, not just structurally but in the project’s expression—cedar soffits and cladding and white oak interiors bring a domestic warmth to the retail and commercial spaces." 🔗 Read more https://lnkd.in/gCiF4gkD
Our recruiting team attended the SCU Real Estate Recruiting & Employment Event! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with talented students eager to explore career opportunities. Our team engaged with many bright minds, sharing insights about our company culture, open roles, and growth paths at Prometheus, and we were impressed by the enthusiasm of the students we met! If you missed us at the fair but want to learn more about joining Prometheus, feel free to reach out or visit our careers page!
Our Prometheus Porch team recently volunteered at Family House Inc., a remarkable organization providing a home away from home for families of children battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Since 1981, Family House has offered free temporary housing and emotional support to families whose children are receiving treatment at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. Many of these families live over 50 miles away and face financial challenges during an already difficult time. By volunteering, we had the opportunity to contribute to a place that supports nearly 4,000 families each year, offering comfort, care, and community when it’s needed most. Thank you to Family House for allowing us to be part of this important mission!
Our team spent the day sprucing up the patio spaces at JW House — mulching, power washing, hauling old furniture, and stringing up fairy lights to finish! We’re thankful for the chance to support a place that brings warmth and care to families when they need it most. Thank you for having us, JW House!
Our Portland Prometheans returned to Rose Haven for another volunteer shift. With October bringing cooler temps, they helped organize donated jackets, scarves, and other cozy and warm clothes. Sack lunches were also prepared for distribution to those in need. Kudos to everyone who joined!
This week, our Neighborhood Service Team gathered in Portland for a Service Roundtable focused on sharing feedback. A big thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this roundtable a success. Your insights and commitment drive Prometheus forward. Here’s to building stronger foundations and maintaining excellence every day!
Our team recently came together to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley, building a playhouse for a child in need. It was an incredible experience to contribute our time and skills toward creating a safe, joyful space to play and grow. This project reminded us how small acts of kindness can bring big smiles and lasting memories. A huge thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and helped bring this playhouse to life!
