Mount Carmel College of Nursing is excited to announce the launch of its Surgical Technologist Certificate Program, designed to prepare students for a vital role in the operating room and meet the growing demand for skilled surgical technologists in the healthcare field. The new program offers a flexible, hybrid learning model designed to fit into busy schedules. Students can start January 5, 2026 or June 15, 2026. This project reflects our continued commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. What’s included: ✨A new low-intervention birth unit offering a home-like experience for low-risk pregnancies ✨A new midwife-led practice focused on holistic, personalized maternity care ✨Upgraded NICU featuring private family rooms ✨A Ronald McDonald House respite space to support families with hospitalized newborns ✨Enhancements to the newborn nursery, patient floors, and family support areas Renovations will begin soon with careful coordination to ensure minimal disruption to patient care and staff operations.
