Mobile Auto Solutions (MAS) is proud to have partnered with our Gerber Collision & Glass teammates in Houston, TX to present a refurbished vehicle to U.S. Air Force veteran Laura McFarlane through the National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) Recycled Rides® Program. Laura served from 2007–2017 and is now the primary caregiver for her mother, who is battling cancer, while working full-time in retail. With her restored vehicle, she now has the reliable transportation she needs to commute to work and take her mother to medical appointments. A huge thank you to our MAS team, Gerber Collision & Glass Houston Ryewater, and NABC for coming together to make a real difference in someone’s life. We’re excited to announce that Brian Kaner has been appointed President and CEO of The Boyd Group, the parent company of Mobile Auto Solutions, effective immediately. Brian previously served as President and COO and brings deep industry expertise with a strong focus on performance and growth. He succeeds Tim O’Day, who is retiring after five years as CEO and more than 27 years with the company. Tim will remain in an advisory role throughout 2025. “We’re ready to leverage our position in North America,” said Brian. “I’m honored to lead The Boyd Group into its next chapter and incredibly grateful to Tim for his outstanding leadership and long-standing commitment to this organization.” With Brian at the helm, The Boyd Group—and by extension, Mobile Auto Solutions—remains focused on building value for customers, partners, and most importantly, our team members across the business.
