Our Israel team is making an impact across their communities. With maths at the core of many disciplines and a great entry point to many careers, employees in Yehud have been coaching a class of 16-year-old children from an underprivileged school as part of the Micro Focus INSPIRE program. Irony Yud Tel-Aviv-Jaff high school selects the 15 students and they spend an hour and a half each week at the Yehud site with the team of volunteers, led by Itay Laxer, Director, ADM SaaS Delivery, SaaS. The program, which runs through the academic year, is supported by a team of 11 volunteers: Lior Fishov, Shahaf Pariente, Ziva Tubul, Ornit Shoham, Mor Cohen, Moshe Even, Eyal Roman, Yossi Shpirer, Itay Laxer, Majd Hamdan, Guillermo Rabinovich. Said Itay, "The extra coaching we provide helps build their confidence, motivation and network. Role models are critical to inspire young people to be the best they can be." Micro Focus INSPIRE launched to align our social impact goal with our position as a global leader in enterprise software.

August has been an incredible month for our India 2020 Campus On-boarding! Amidst these uncertain times, we are extremely happy to announce that we have successfully on-boarded 56 university hires in engineering groups in #Bangalore, India. Our two-day Virtual Onboarding Kick-off consisted of Day 1- virtual engagement by our TA, ITOM, Security, and IMG, and HRBPs leaders with the students. The students received important company information including local building policies and information about employee badges and systems access and more. Day 2 of their Virtual Onboarding comprised of communication sessions delivering human resources process details, payroll, and new hire information. This successful on-boarding of our new hires is a great testimony to our teamwork - living by one of our four culture values - TEAM & TEAMING! Our Micro Focus culture is the collective mindset of the people who work here that drives our achievements and is what sets us apart. Welcome and Congratulations to our new graduate hires. We wish you all a successful journey at Micro Focus.
