Calvero Lounge, Tenterden, Team Induction Day ✅ The team got together for their induction ahead of their opening. Led by Ops Alex and Ben the day was filled with information about Lounge, what it means to be a Lounger and what the team want to bring to the local community 🧡 General Manager, Claudia, and Head Chef, David have an amazing team passionate about hospitality and are excited to bring Lounge to Tenterden!
Our L&D team have been on the road again to deliver more of our Bitesize 'Train the Trainer' to our Ops and Senior GMs/HCs. The training is then delivered to our site managers on a range of topics from Employee Relations, Forecasting, Great Food and Cash with more to be rolled out throughout the year. Throughout 2024, 195 Loungers have completed a development course and we are looking forward to next year with even more of our team taking part and being ready to take the next step in their career with us
LoungeFest 2024! LoungeFest is our staff party where we close all of our sites and host a festival to celebrate everyone's hard work over the year. All of the food and drink stands are free, as well as fairground rides and multiple stages with various acts performing throughout the day
We are big on incentives here at Loungers and twice a year we run a cocktail bustoff giving everyone the opportunity to not only get their cocktails on the menu, but also sending them on all expenses paid trips aboard! The video below shows the final from the spring/summer 2024 bustoff.
