We’re incredibly proud to announce that Joss Search has have been recognised as one of the top 10 companies to work for, by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards. We’ve also won the industry award for Best Small Business and Management Services company to work for. These awards are particularly meaningful because they’re based on anonymous feedback from our employees. The awards use 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey to accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace. Sivan Joss, Founder of Joss Search, explains what the award means to her: “From the very beginning my biggest motivation has been to create the best company to work for - a place where people can be truly authentic and achieve more than they thought possible. That vision was first written down in my bedroom, long before Joss Search became what it is today. Even now, 15 years later, that dream remains at the centre of everything we do. Seeing what our team accomplish while they're here - and how they carry that forward - is what means the most to me."
CHEERS TO 15 YEARS 🥂 At the beginning of the month we celebrated Joss Search turning 15! It's hard to believe that back in 2010, our founder, Sivan, started the business from her desk at home, with a vision to transform the recruitment industry, and now we're a global business. It's been a wonderful journey to reach this milestone, fuelled by a passion, dedication and commitment to championing the hidden heroes at the heart of our mission. We asked Sivan to share some of her highlights from over the years. Click the link to read what she said...
We’re really proud of what we’ve achieved over the last 14 years, since Sivan founded the business in 2010, and we’re thrilled to announce that, after careful consideration, Joss Search is now officially employee owned thanks to its recent transition to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)! This means the majority of shares were sold into a trust for the benefit of all current and future employees of Joss Search.
