JM Veterans Network supporting forces families ❤️ At JM, we support the recruitment, development and retention of anyone who has served in the military or civil service. Our employee resource group (ERG), Veterans Network, helps facilitate this through internal initiatives and outreach efforts. To mark Armistice Day in the UK and Veterans Day in the US, the network hosted a service at our site in Royston, which was streamed live across JM. They were joined by Chris Hinchcliff MP to pay respect and remember the sacrifice of all those that have served. Last month, as part of the UK Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, JM received a Silver Award in recognition of our efforts to support the armed forces community. Veterans Network members, Simon Potter, Hydrogen Technologies EHS Director, and Jacobus (Johan) Kemp (CertIOSH), PGMS Lead Management of Change Coordinator, were presented with the award at the UK Ministry of Defence ceremony in London
Celebrating #InclusionDay at JM 🤝 Colleagues across the world took time out to focus on what #inclusion looks like in the workplace and how each of us can positively make an impact in driving the inclusive culture we strive for at JM. There were some fantastic highlights across world, such as teams in India and Malaysia celebrating by creating pledges on how they can act and keep personal accountability for the role they play in spreading inclusion. Thanks to all members of #teamJM for participating in today’s Inclusion Day activities and for continuing to make JM a place where all feel welcome and valued.
