Imaginations partners with UKESF Imagination is partnering with the UKESF to support 12 schools with Music Mixer Kits. It is also supporting Insight Into Electronics which will distribute Arduino kits with a number of onboard sensors to both schools and schoolchildren directly to help them learn about programming and electronics. Imagination work with UKESF is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to encourage young people to consider careers in electronics engineering.
Pride Month: The importance of being inclusive As part our support and activity for Pride Month, engineer, belly dancer and refugee Shrouk El-Attar was invited to speak at Imagination about her experiences and how we can all be more inclusive and challenge unconscious biases. A key soundbite was, "the face of engineering is changing but it is up to us all - you and me, the industry and business - to build a more diverse and inclusive industry." Shrouk was very honest and open during her talk, providing insight and provoking thoughts and actions.
Imagination expands with new UK office in Manchester Imagination has opened a new office in Manchester, supporting its ambitious recruitment plan and mission to drive UK semiconductor development. Located in the city centre at 3 Piccadilly Place, the Manchester office is Imagination’s fourth UK site following the opening of its Cambridge site in 2021, its longstanding offices in Bristol, and its Kings Langley headquarters.
