Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC), in an interview with Mid-Day discussed the current trends in Digital Transformation while highlighting the innovative solutions and accelerators that are offered by HSC to help businesses navigate their digital transformation journeys. She emphasizes on the need to "developing an applicant-focused hiring strategy that highlights the employer's brand and provides a satisfying experience".
Mr. Rajat Sharma, Chief Engineer, Hughes Systique, was invited to speak in a panel discussion at CII’s 8th edition of Automotive Industry 4.0 Summit, which was held at Hotel Leela Ambience in Gurugram. Mr. Sharma presented his thoughts on data privacy and ensuring safety while also discussing the use of AI/ML in vehicle development, the adoption challenges of these technologies, navigating the data privacy concerns and ensuring safety in increasingly software-driven vehicles. He emphasised that “Automotive companies must establish transparent data policies, clearly informing customers about what data is being collected, how it will be used, and with whom it will be shared. Data must also be safeguarded from unauthorized access during transmission and storage by using strong encryption and authentication protocols”. He concluded his part by sharing a use case of a project for a defence equipment highlighting how “Critical components in a vehicle can have redundancy and built-in-self test”.
Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, HSC, delivered the closing speech of Day 1 at South Asian University’s Workshop on Machine Learning and Economics (WMLE): Theory, Applications & Implications. The theme of the workshop was “Unlocking the Future: Machine Learning Meets Economics — From Algorithms to Policy” and was held at South Asian University’s campus in Delhi.

When not working, Jitin can be found with his group of friends cycling the historical city of Agra and educating people about the benefits of planting more trees, keeping the rivers clean or running a marathon. An active ambassador of HSC's Parivartan, Jitin, with his group has planted more than 10,000 trees the ongoing year alone and is already geared up to better this number. Mr. Anurag Gupta, AVP & Bengaluru Center Head, was invited to share his insights at an exclusive roundtable discussion on ‘Making Engineering Workplaces Inclusive: Strategies & Opportunities’ at Nasscom’s Design & Engineering summit. Mr. Gupta talked about the gradually improving gender diversity and also shared the practices at HSC that ensure equal opportunities to women engineers, be it the Circle of Support or other initiatives. “He also emphasized the importance of having a diverse workforce, highlighting cultural, knowledge, and geographical diversity as key factors for fostering innovation and learning, ultimately resulting in high-performing teams.”
