Hancock Whitney Celebrates Opening of New Financial Center in Little Elm, Texas Hancock Whitney has officially opened its third financial center in North Texas this year, with the latest location in Little Elm, as the bank continues to expand its regional presence. The new center at 11700 FM 423 joins existing locations in Dallas, Plano, Rockwall, Greenville, and Mesquite. Hancock Whitney is also constructing additional financial centers in Plano and McKinney.
With 20-plus years of financial services experience, Devon Bray recently joined Hancock Whitney Corporation (Nasdaq: HWC) as the new Director of Business Banking and Small Business Administration (SBA). Hancock Whitney Corporation is the parent company of Hancock Whitney Bank, a full-service financial institution with corporate offices and financial centers serving communities across the greater Gulf South. As Hancock Whitney Director of Business Banking and SBA, Bray leads and partners across the organization to advance a cohesive business banking strategy, strengthening client relationships, accelerating digital capabilities, and shaping initiatives that enable business clients to grow and succeed. Bray will report directly to Hancock Whitney Chief Banking Officer Emory Mayfield.
Hancock Whitney has officially opened its second financial center in Plano, marking a significant milestone in the bank’s continued expansion across North Texas. The new location at 3421 E. Renner Rd. -- in East Plano closely bordered by the city of Richardson -- joins existing financial centers in Plano, Dallas, Rockwall, Greenville, and Mesquite. The bank will open a third financial center in Plano, as well as new locations in Little Elm and McKinney, later this year. The Renner Road financial center offers a full suite of banking services designed to meet the needs of individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Plano and Richardson areas. Hancock Whitney Bank has been named the 2026 Financial Literacy Partner of Pensacola Parks and Recreation, expanding access to financial education for youth in Out-of-School Time programs and for the broader community through Movies in the Park. As part of the partnership, Hancock Whitney Bank will deliver eighteen financial literacy sessions to children enrolled in the City’s after-school and summer camp programs. These interactive, age-appropriate lessons will focus on saving, budgeting, goal setting, and smart financial decision-making, with financial literacy integrated directly into program curriculum.

2026 Leo Seal Teacher Grant Applications Available Online Kudos and cash applaud top teachers, fund original learning projects Applications for 2026 Leo W. Seal Innovative Teacher Grants are now available online at https://www.mgccf.org/grants. The application deadline is September 30, 2025. Certified K-12 teachers at public and private schools in the eight Mississippi counties with Hancock Whitney locations — Forrest, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, Jefferson Davis, Lamar, Madison, and Pearl River — are eligible to apply. Funded by Hancock Whitney and administered by the Gulf Coast Community Foundation (GCCF), the Seal grants recognize up to 10 outstanding teachers with individual one-time grants of up to $2,000 for creative teaching proposals enhancing students’ learning experiences and supporting Mississippi educational requirements. The awards also pay tribute to the community commitment and leadership of Leo W. Seal, Sr., the bank’s president from 1932 until his death in 1963, and his son, the late Leo W.
