On Day 1, we witnessed four intense matches filled with friendly rivalries and unforgettable moments. Our amazing leaders, Mohit Gupta and Dimple Gupta, set the stage in style by unveiling the trophy and delivering an inspiring speech that got everyone fired up. A special shoutout to our anchors who brought energy and charm to the mic—reminding us just how great it is to reconnect face-to-face after so long! Day 2 was all about the thrill, the glory, and the victory. The tournament ramped up with nail-biting group stages and heart-stopping semi-finals, culminating in a final showdown between DamCode Strikers and Risky Strikers. In an electric atmosphere, the DamCode Strikers emerged victorious and were crowned champions! A huge thank you to everyone who cheered, competed, and made these two days so memorable. Our year has begun on a truly meaningful note with another visit to The Earth Saviours Foundation, a shelter home that provides care and support to over 1,200 abandoned seniors, homeless individuals, and survivors of abuse. This visit further deepened our connection with the residents, reaffirming the importance of empathy and giving back. Our volunteers spent time in 1:1 conversations, listening to the residents' incredible life stories, daily routines, and moments of motivation. Their resilience and positivity were truly inspiring and reminded us of the strength of the human spirit. The residents shared their gratitude for the care they receive—nutritious meals, healthcare, and the celebration of every festival, which brings them joy and a sense of belonging. Visits like these remind us that kindness and community make a world of difference and can create ripples of hope and positivity. I joined Damco Solutions’ Strategy, Marketing & Sales Enablement (SMS) Team exactly a year ago and while it’s been only 12 months, it feels like I’ve been part of the Damco family for much longer. The opportunities, challenges, and growth I’ve experienced in this time have been nothing short of transformative. From the start, I was eager to take on new challenges and broaden my horizons. One of the most rewarding experiences has been transitioning from a domain-specific role to embracing a wider array of technologies. A defining moment was leading the optimization of our pre-sales process—a challenging yet fulfilling journey that aligned cross-functional teams and resulted in several back-to-back wins. December has been a whirlwind of celebrations at Damco Solutions, from team dinners to exciting events, but last Friday truly stole the spotlight as we hosted #BringYourKidsToOffice Day! Our Faridabad office was brimming with laughter and energy as the littlest members of our extended Damco family explored the workplace, learned about their parents’ roles, and made new friends. From painting and dancing to heartwarming interactions with our Managing Director, Dimple Gupta, it was a day of joy and inspiration. The highlight?
