We’ve officially launched our Emergency Nurse Residency Program at Community Regional Medical Center and the first cohort started last week — opening new doors for nursing grads ready to make an impact in emergency care. In partnership with ENA (Emergency Nurses Association), this 12-week program offers hands-on training, expert mentorship, and real-world experience to help new RNs grow their confidence and clinical skills. Previously only at Clovis Community Medical Center, this expansion shows our commitment to supporting the next generation of nurses across our system. And of course, we had to take them up to the helipad to meet our friends over at SkyLife! 🚁
