Four CSH team members traveled to Salt Lake City last week for the 2026 AGN Americas Regional Meeting, and several of them took the stage while they were there! 🤝 Shareholder Brian Todd, CPA, led two sessions on not-for-profit board communication and participated in the A&A/NFP Roundtable. 🤝 Learning & Development Manager Katie Lawson and Senior HR Business Partner Taylor Simpkins co-presented on workplace assessments and joined the HR Roundtable. 🤝 President Kerry Roe and Shareholder Eric Linneman, CPA, represented CSH at the leadership level, connecting with peers and firm leaders from across the Americas. In December, our Learning & Development team hosted an 8-hour People Manager Training designed to support leaders at every stage of their management journey. It was such an incredible example of learning in action. With nearly 80 attendees from our Cincinnati and Miami Valley teams, the session brought together everyone from Shareholders to first-time people managers for a full day of connection, collaboration, and growth. The training covered key people-management essentials, including: 👥 Roles and responsibilities of a People Manager 📊 Performance management 🤝 Employee engagement ⚖️ Employment law One highlight was an interactive engagement activity where leaders brainstormed practical, high-impact, low-cost ideas to strengthen engagement across the firm.
