Anaplan’s Extended Leadership Team (ELT) came together to connect and to learn more about how to implement our Operating Principles to ensure we are making progress on our strategy and annual strategic priorities the right way – by being strategy-led, values-based and disciplined in execution. The annual Summit, committed to leadership education, centered around the third pillar of our Operating Principles – becoming more disciplined in execution. Our executive team led the ELT through the key components of the disciplined in execution framework to ensure we were all well versed in how to be outcome-focused, talent and process-based and metrics-driven. Attendees also dedicated time to developing their skills in navigating cultural differences, communicate effectively across diverse teams and develop emotional intelligence to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace environment.
