🔊 We’re thrilled to announce that Antoine Jouteau, currently CEO of our leading French marketplace, leboncoin has been appointed CEO of Adevinta, effective 15 August 2022. Antoine will succeed Rolv Erik Ryssdal, who steps down to retire. Antoine has built leboncoin to become one of the most visited websites in France, with more than 29 million monthly users. Have you heard of Starred?💫 It’s a candidate experience feedback platform our recruitment teams use to send personalised surveys to candidates. The goal is to analyse and improve candidate experience. Based on the feedback received, our Global and Local Teams have been reflecting on actions to provide a fairer, faster and more engaging recruitment process. They collaborated in order to implement features such as standard feedback on the code challenge at Subito or the creation of internal documents to give details about technical interviews at leboncoin💪 Thanks to the data collected, our teams have been able to address needs and concerns raised by candidates. In the end, we increased our NPS, specifically in key areas like interview feedback quality. The tool is currently available to marketplaces in six of our locations and we’re looking to roll it out across Adevinta 🌍 What a great example of how we embody our Key Behaviours in everything we do!
