VI-Spring Ltd. wants its customers to sleep like a million bucks -- or at least as if they have a million bucks. VI-Spring is a UK manufacturer of tailor-made, hand-crafted mattresses and divans. The bedding maker lays claims to the world's most luxurious and expensive bed -- The Majesty -- which sells for £52,000 and is available exclusively at Harrods. Products are also available through luxury bedding stores, and through the company's retail Web site. Its beds, found in many luxury hotels in London, have also furnished the ocean liners Titanic and the Queen Mary. Founded in 1901, Vi-Spring was sold to Spanish mattress firm Flex Equipos de Descanso in late 2005.
