Ridgian is an IT services firm that relies on Microsoft for its technology. It's a Gold Certified Partner for the computer behemoth and uses Microsoft products for its business intelligence software. Ridgian Group has two offshoots - Ridgian Resource Limited, the in-house technical staffing division, and Ridgian eDesign, the web design arm of the company. Its clients are primarily in the finance and government sectors, such as the banking giant Barclays, financial services company Alliance & Leicester, and the British Nuclear Group. Founding brothers Jason and Simon Betteridge are managing director and technical director, respectively.
