Properties include its flagship office tower Lee Gardens and luxury residential complex Bamboo Grove. Additionally, Hysan has stakes in Singapore and Shanghai properties. The group also owns and manages around 1,200 parking garages. Despite adverse market conditions, the firm's office, retail, and residential portfolios enjoy occupancy rates of about 96%.
