Ventajas
Although there is a lot to learn, the training is decent and paid from the start. They have a WFH model, which helps a lot in saving money. Great work environment and very supportive team leaders. Good opportunity to start working in Canada
Desventajas
The pay is low, although it is compensated with the opportunity of WFH. The training was not great when I started, but it has since improved significantly. The wait time to receive assistance from team leaders could improve, but it is understandable given how busy they are
