TubeScience offers excellent tools, clear SOPs, and hands-on experience in high-performance ad editing. It's a strong place to learn and improve your skills quickly. The pay is "competitive" at first for LATAM, and extra hours are paid.
Desventajas
If you're based in Latin America, growth opportunities in terms of compensation are very limited. The contractor model also means no real job security or benefits. Great short-term experience, but long-term career progression—especially financial—is uncertain.
