      Not the friendliest environment

      Good tech, Conditions, Benefits, Unlimited PTO. Good place for junior and mid developers to code well and learn.

      Desventajas

      Everything done in a too Russian way - Not inclusive at all, non-Russians are struggling and are often excluded from the important discussions. Constant turbulent and disruptive changes in the organization and product roadmap. Immature HR

      A lot of chaos, but a good product

      - good product market fit - good brand name - lots of tech innovation - clear comp plans and sales leadership doing their best to motivate people

      Desventajas

      CSM team - you are handling an existing book of business, if you have bad csms, expect to do a ton of non selling activity. you are also VERY at the mercy of your book and your turf - lots of companies just wont 4X or 5X their spend to buy the new Enterprise product no matter how much you demo. Success feels very luck based, even more than normal for sales. Lots of insecurity too job wise - stock values are suffering in the face of AI innovation across tech.
