Ventajas
At Samsara, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend Samsara to anyone looking for a company where they can genuinely make an impact and develop new ideas. The company culture strongly encourages innovation: teams are always open and willing to hear new ideas, fostering an environment of constant improvement. If you have a process improvement or a creative solution, you will find an eager audience here. Success as a Deal Desk Analyst—and likely in most roles—is heavily dependent on strong cross-functional relationships. You must build and maintain excellent rapport with other departments, as virtually every deal and operational improvement requires seamless collaboration.
Desventajas
I can't say there are any downside. During my time here, I haven't witnessed micromanagement. The leadership team understands and promotes rest and free time, the goals you must meet are clear, and you always have direct communication with your manager.
