Ventajas

They are easy to reach, they make a follow-up in the onboarding process, which is really quick by the way. They pay in time and you can track your work time and earnings per call (interpreter analytics). Also, they have a higher-rate offer every Monday for a few hours. Also, you can connect depending your availability. It´s great, and they pay a bit more per interpreted minute than other agencies I worked with.

Desventajas

They do not offer training, or at least to me. I have experience, but I´m not sure if they offer training to unexperienced applicants. Although, you have training and practicing material in the interpreter portal.
