I have been working with iTMethods for over a year, and I have had many positive experiences. I had a smooth onboarding process, very informative and complete. Since day 1, I was able to apply my knowledge in several projects. I am very enthusiastic about new technologies. Working with the most prominent players in the market provides unlimited room to sharpen your skills, and iTMethods offers lots of education opportunities and certifications.

Desventajas

Nothing to mention, I am delighted with my experience so far and confident that I can grow and make a difference here.

Thanks for taking the time to discuss your experience. It is great to get such a positive one! Onboarding remotely has been challenging, but we feel we have implemented a solid process that ensures our new hires get insight into our company culture and have the ability to ask questions and gain clarity into their new role. We want to set our teams up for success, especially now that we are working from home. We are going to continue to plan for the future, keeping employee safety and well-being top of mind (particularly with COVID). We will also keep the team updated on our future plans for safe office re-opening and the options for remote work.

Ventajas

The technology stack at IT Methods is fascinating and offers plenty of learning opportunities. Compensation is fair, and there’s potential for growth—at least on paper. If you’re seeking hands-on tech exposure and can handle the pressure, it might be worth a shot—but be prepared for a culture that prioritizes control over trust.

Desventajas

- Leadership’s distrust and paranoia about employees actually doing work creates a tense atmosphere. - Every minute must be accounted for, and the expectation of 50/60-hour weeks leads to quick burnout. - Management frequently proposes big ideas but rarely sees them through before coming up with the next big thing. - Turnover is high as people soon realize the reality doesn’t match the “dream job” presented during interviews. - Very long hiring process because management can't seem to make decisions.
