Ventajas
It is a solid position. Do your job and you’ll have a job. HR that listen to complaints. coworkers and colleagues are great people. They will relate to your struggles working here. Not strict on attendance. Work from home days. Benefits are not bad.. better than nothing. People have each other’s backs here. Discounts on their products. Pizza parties… Bonus.
Desventajas
Very low salary. So many managers who shouldn’t be managers. Favoritism in each department, No accountability. Each department would rather blame each other than collaborate to fix problems. Terribly executed communications. No SOP. No documentation of any kind for tackling projects, whether it’s print, web, marketing graphics. There is nothing documented. No ones heard of scrums, or stand-up meetings? Status of projects are unknown until they’re due. And the status is usually that it didn’t get done. Throw away any ambition, or new ideas. This place is truly corporate.
