      Ventajas

      Hammerjack is an exceptional company offering a wide range of services for its predominantly Australian clients, including accounting, virtual assistance, and graphic design. The office exudes a cozy, co-working space vibe and features a game room equipped with a PS5. Employees enjoy unlimited coffee prepared by our in-house barista. The colleagues are great to hang out with, and the managers are approachable. From my experience and as emphasized by my trainer, Hammerjack places a significant emphasis on its culture.

      Desventajas

      It’s not a perfect company, but compared to other BPOs, the working environment here is way better! The only downside is the PTO and HMO. Sana po taasan nila ang coverage ng HMO nyo kasi ang baba ng 150k.

      Desventajas

      Fast growth means priorities can shift, which may feel uncomfortable for people who prefer very fixed structures. Some processes are still being refined as teams scale, so there can be moments of ambiguity
