Ventajas
The frog of old (pre Capgemini acquisition) from what I know was a dream to work at. Studio culture is very real and teams are flat enough to creatively contribute regardless of your level. Finding a PM that you like and likes you can make your life amazing.
Desventajas
However, now the typical bureaucracy and stifled internal innovation that comes with any big parent company hasn't been offset by increased salary, benefits, or tech systems. In short, the bad without the good. I left to go to school but they've done 4 rounds of layoffs since August 2022 and closed multiple studios. Stay away.
