Ventajas
I worked with a great team who I was happy to go to work with every day. Fair pay and benefits.
Desventajas
It was a great job for me where I felt like I was learning the job and keeping a good pace. I was always told by my superiors that I was doing a good job! Then one day I was called to a meeting where many of us were told that we were no longer needed and should leave immediately. We were told of a fair severance package and also that we could be rehired but they were expecting a “downturn” in business” Fast forward a couple of days and I receive a severance letter saying that I can never apply again. “Sign it or they won’t release pay” i called HR and they sent me a new contract minus that one clause. Fast forward a few months and I think of reapplying but, you guessed it, My file says do not hire! For what I guess I will never know. Typical for corporate I guess but still a crappy way to treat people
