Ventajas
I home school, so I love the fact that everything is in the cloud, as I have no time to attend the meetings/trainings at the other brick and mortar brokerages. This business model is amazing, just have to get used to training in the cloud. I am able to attend live trainings and listen on bluetooth while doing other things. It is going to be difficult for any other brick/mortar company to compete with this in the future.
Desventajas
Getting used to the cloud takes a little time, and if you are the type that likes to be around other people in an office setting face to face you will struggle. If you are self motivated...it is actually a lot like home schooling since it cuts out all the uneccessary fluff and allows you to focus and get to work in your natural habitat.
