Ventajas
Company has a 20-year history of success, growth, and adaptation so I feel comfortable with my job stability. I get treated like a person instead of a number. They're flexible when I have appointments during the day. The senior team members are more than willing to assist me with my questions and teach me new things. The pay is more than I was expecting and the benefits package is very generous.
Desventajas
The custom system they've developed is extremely robust which means a decent learning curve when I came onboard. There was a lot to ingest in a short amount of time which presented a challenge to overcome, but they didn't leave me hanging out to dry and after a while I was able to work on my own without needing training wheels.
