Ventajas
The company offers competitive benefits and salary while also rewarding those who go above any beyond with a bonus. While employed here I got to work with many fantastic people. Management has an open door policy and I immediately felt comfortable approaching my boss with any questions or concerns I had. The culture in the workplace is very welcoming and they host a variety of activities outside of work that allow you to get to know your coworkers outside of the office. My training was great and my team lead was very knowledgeable. He was always available for any questions I had that came up. Another pro was when the company switched to a hybrid model and allowed of employees to work from home. I would still be here if it were not for external circumstances.
Desventajas
At times the software we work with could provide unique challenges which required a deeper understanding of the software. Not really a con, but something which required a few years of experience to deal with.
