Ventajas

good pay and benefits, usually flexible hours

Desventajas

too many chiefs and leadership constantly in meetings, poor customer service and too many excuses for poor customer service which was all too often and a major growing issue that nothing is being done about. Very frustrating and stressful constantly dealing with lies and angry customers. Dealt with serious burnout due to the work environment and the lack opportunities to transfer to other depts

Ventajas

Good work, lots of AI experiments, AI innovation, latest tech stack, Co-workers are very co-operative and helpful. Most AI tools are still unlimited.

Desventajas

Some teams are over-working due to smaller teams as a result of recent layoffs. Office perks (like catered food, snacks) are dwindling every quarter even though company wants every employee to be 3 days a week in office. Company wants 80 percent code to be generated by AI but no clear guideline how to achieve that.
