Ventajas

Such a great idea (recycling mobile devices) and value add to the environment. Decent attempt at building culture. Some leaders who are trying to make a difference. Upper level management can paint a pretty picture and give a nice presentation.

Desventajas

Top level leadership is non-exisitent, dishonest, fake, spineless, lack of execution. Mid-level management not empowered to make decisions and needs to wait until CEO comes in to the office (once every two weeks when not on vacation). If you're not in the "boys club", you're of no value. They will squeeze you until you pop.

great company culture from the top down awesome benefits more than fair pay

Ventajas

Company is generous with compensation, bonuses, benefits, free food, etc. Very friendly staff/coworkers. Flexible with personal needs. Very positive company culture. Management listens to employee suggestions. A good deal of autonomy given to employees.

Desventajas

Some managers are more effective than others. Company is still working on fair/consistent employee policies. Workload can vary depending upon position.
